    WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 2. Day 3.

    Picture perfect meals! Post a picture of one of your meals for the day that you cooked using the sample meal plan.

     

    THURSDAY, JANUARY 3. Day 4.

    Sweaty Selfie! Show us your workout routine you're committed to that will support you in making your 2019 vision. 

     

    FRIDAY, JANUARY 4. Day 5.

    Post a video or quote that inspires you to stay committed to your 2019 vision.

     

    SATURDAY, JANUARY 5. Day 6.

    Messy kitchen! Show us your dishes, your messy counter, your clean up from your meal prep. Extra points for extra mess!

     

    SUNDAY, JANUARY 6. Day 7.

    Shout out to someone (tag them) who inspires you (could be family member, mentor, influencer or brand!)
